Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, lifting, and transporting materials.
• Handle forklift equipment with capacities up to 15 tons in accordance with operational requirements.
• Perform daily pre-use inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safe operating conditions.
• Check brakes, steering, tires, forks, hydraulic systems, and warning devices before operation.
• Transport materials, equipment, and cargo safely within warehouse, yard, and oil & gas site environments.
• Ensure proper load handling, stacking, and storage procedures are followed at all times.
• Follow company HSE procedures, operational safety standards, and workplace safety instructions.
• Identify workplace hazards and report unsafe conditions immediately to supervisors.
• Maintain proper records of forklift inspections, usage, and operational activities.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics teams regarding material movement requirements.
• Ensure compliance with oil and gas industry operational safety standards and site regulations.
• Assist with inventory handling, stock movement, and logistics support activities when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of assigned forklift equipment.
• Follow safe driving practices and ensure proper use of PPE at work sites.
• Support operational teams with loading, unloading, and site logistics activities.
• Perform additional material handling and operational duties assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completion of secondary education or equivalent qualification (Grade 10).
• Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience in oil and gas companies.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Authorized to operate forklift equipment with capacity up to 15 tons.
• Valid competency certificate issued by an approved training provider for the specific equipment operated.
• Strong knowledge of safe forklift operations, load handling, and workplace hazard awareness.
• Good understanding of company HSE procedures and oil & gas site safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and follow operational instructions effectively.
