Accountant Full Time

Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is essential to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth financial operations of our growing business.




Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage invoices, process payments, and monitor receivables to ensure timely collections.
• Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets to support business objectives.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file VAT returns, ensuring adherence to UAE tax laws and regulations.
• Payroll Processing: Handle payroll calculations, deductions, and disbursements for employees.
• Financial Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to provide insights to management.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Expense Management: Monitor and control expenses to align with budgetary constraints.
• Software Utilization: Use accounting software and tools to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in an accounting role, preferably in logistics or service industries.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE VAT laws and financial regulations.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
