Accountant Full Time

Job Description:

Icons Worldwide L.L.C. is seeking a dedicated F&B General Accountant to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, provide insightful financial reports, and support the company’s decision-making processes. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices, particularly within the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and record daily financial transactions in line with company policies and accounting standards.
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting and taxation regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments to analyze financial data and support business decisions.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate records.
• Assist with audits and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Generate reports and provide financial insights to support management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of UAE accounting and taxation regulations.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Interpersonal Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
