Job Description

The Dubai Government Legal Affairs Department is looking to appoint an Accountant in the field of Judicial Enforcement Affairs.

In the Support Services Department, for accounting procedures related to executive rulings and bonds, which contributes to ensuring

Compliance with the financial laws and regulations in force in the Government of Dubai.

Qualifications and skills

Main tasks and responsibilities

Review of implementation regulations mathematically , in accordance with court rulings and other executive instruments. 

Recalculate and review the financial values ​​associated with the implementation..

Follow up on amounts paid in execution files, pending cases, and financial transfers, and prepare electronic records 

The exaggerated movement associated with the implementation includes

Reviewing submitted installment requests and plans, suggesting alternative plans, and following up on payment procedures  

Preparing the financial section with internal statistics related to implementation 

Verifying the accuracy of the calculation of the amounts executed, by requests to recover the amounts paid in excess in the event of 

Submitting a request from the person against whom the execution is being carried out.         

Preparing and submitting financial reports related to implementation on a regular basis   

Academic qualifications and years of experience:

• 3 to 5 years experience
• Bachelor of Accounting

Required skills (technical and behavioral competencies)

• Familiarity with analyzing judgments from a mathematical perspective.
• Working as a team and communicating effectively with his superiors and colleagues in the department.

 Withstand work pressures.

• Proficiency in computer skills and applications
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, reading, writing and speaking.
