Abou Eid Real Estate Development is seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team in Dubai. If you have a strong background in accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, VAT filings, and financial policies.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Work closely with auditors and other financial professionals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
