Accountant Full Time

Job Summary:

Sepex Shipping Services LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Female Accountant with experience in the Shipping & Logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations.

• Prepare financial statements and reports.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable.

• Oversee payroll processing and ensure VAT filings are accurate and timely.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
 Minimum 2 years of experience in Shipping & Logistics accounting.
 Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar CRM tools.
 Strong knowledge of VAT regulations, financial reporting, and auditing principles.
 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
