Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, statements, and reports in accordance with company standards.

• Support daily accounting operations including data entry, bank reconciliations, and journal postings.

• Monitor and record accounts receivable and payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes under the guidance of senior accountants.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports and support audits when required.

• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of invoices, receipts, and payment records.

• Help in analyzing financial data to identify variances, trends, and opportunities for cost optimization.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control policies.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial transparency and operational efficiency.

• Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts within the finance department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
