Accountant Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts with accuracy and proper documentation.

• Maintain the general ledger and perform regular reconciliations.

• Organize and manage financial documents and filing systems.

• Ensure timely and accurate updates of financial data in internal databases.

• Track and record petty cash expenses and employee reimbursements.

• Follow up on payments and manage collection activities.

• Review expenses and payroll records as assigned.

• Post and process journal entries for day-to-day business transactions.

• Manage accounts receivable and prepare invoices.

• Reconcile accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial closings.

• Generate weekly/monthly financial reports.

• Support the preparation of financial statements in line with legal and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance.

• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the contracting or real estate sector.

• Proficiency in accounting software; experience with Xero is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of VAT regulations and tax return preparation.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
