Accountant Full Time

The Accountant will be reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance and is responsible for handling the tasks based on the Capgemini Business Process Outsource (BPO) module of shared services, Pay Master General Cashier, AP.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Trains operations on standard accounting practices as needed.
• Be able to work in accordance with all related local and corporate policies and procedures.
• The Accounting office structure may vary, and responsibilities need to be adapted as required.
• Ensures all payments are made correctly and with the correct authorization (approved PO), evidence of receipt, invoice or delivery slip.
• Verifies the supplier statement reconciliation with Capgemini team.
• Handles the day operations related to AP section and income section with Capgemini team.
• Daily review for house charge checks and complementary rooms.
• Daily audit for all revenue streams with the help of Capgemini team.
• Constantly monitor all food and beverage controls to ensure compliance with Four Season Hotels Ltd. policies and procedures.
• Coordinates, attends and monitors all food and beverage physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
• Verifies, extends and tabulates the above inventories and prepare the monthly inventory adjustments journal entry.
• Performs any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance, Assistant Director of Finance or his direct manager.

What You Bring

• A minimum of at least 2 years of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of Accounting/ Finance systems & processes
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
