Accountant Full Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team at an IATA accredited agency in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in the travel and aviation industry, demonstrating strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

REQUIREMENTS:

• payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with IATA regulations and local financial laws.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
• Implement and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting within the travel and aviation industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of IATA regulations and local financial laws.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
