Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Proven experience in accounting or finance (typically 2–3 years minimum)

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, ZOHO, or ERP systems

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other MS Office applications

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information
