Accountant Full Time

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles, practical experience with billing and GST processes, and strong familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, or SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely entries in the ledger

• Handle accounts receivable and payable functions

• Conduct billing operations and ensure proper GST filings and compliance

• Support monthly and year-end closing processes

• Reconcile bank statements and vendor/supplier accounts

• Prepare reports and financial summaries for management review

• Assist with internal audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards

• Support tax preparations and financial compliance documentation

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• Certifications: Professional certifications like ACCA, CMA, or CPA are a plus

• Experience:

  • Prior experience in an accounting or accounts executive role preferred

  • Proficient in Tally or other ERP systems like QuickBooks, Excel, or SAP

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Sound understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations

  • Familiarity with taxation laws, including GST/VAT compliance

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

  • Good communication and time management skills
