Accountant Full Time

White Stag Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and methods, with experience in the real estate industry. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents.
• Accounts Management: Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing financial performance and providing insights.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize accounting software and Excel for data entry, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of financial information.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Skills: Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and methods, proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel), strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
