Accountant Full Time

Palma Holding is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for issuing tax invoices and receipts, processing payments, and preparing statements of accounts. You will play a key role in maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and assisting with financial audits, VAT, and Corporate Tax Filing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting Operations: Manage daily accounting tasks including issuing tax invoices and receipts, processing payments, and preparing statements of accounts.
• Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
• Audit Support: Assist with financial audits, including the preparation of necessary documents and records.
• VAT and Corporate Tax Filing: Manage VAT and Corporate Tax Filing, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
• Software Utilization: Utilize accounting software effectively to manage financial records and reporting.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in accounting; experience in Real Estate or Construction is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
