Accountant Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant with prior experience in the restaurant industry to join our growing finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the Assistant Finance Manager with key financial tasks.

As an Accountant in a fast-paced restaurant environment, you will be responsible for tracking financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the overall financial efficiency of the organization. Your ability to manage time, communicate effectively, and work within tight deadlines will be essential to success in this role.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries in a timely and accurate manner

• Maintain balance sheet schedules and ensure ledger accuracy

• Handle accounts receivable operations, including invoicing and payment tracking

• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly

• Manage monthly closing procedures, ensuring all entries and reports are completed on time

• Conduct account analysis to assist with financial planning and control

• Provide support to the Assistant Finance Manager in audits, budgeting, and reporting

• Ensure adherence to company policies and UAE financial regulations

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE/GCC, specifically in the restaurant or F&B industry

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic work environment
