Job Description:

NeXTeP Services is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, handle accounts, and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Analyze financial data and prepare accurate financial reports.
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
