Accountant Full Time

Golden Bloom Landscaping SPLS LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant with a strong background in the construction or renovation industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing finances, handling budgets for renovation projects, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the financial operations of construction and renovation projects.
• Prepare and analyze budgets, financial reports, and project cost estimates.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
• Maintain strong financial control by tracking expenses, revenue, and cash flow for multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with project managers and the management team to monitor financial performance.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and project profitability analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the construction or renovation industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and UAE tax regulations.
• Excellent skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
