We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Female Accountant & Admin professional to join our team and contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting
Oversee daily accounting operations: bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
Manage VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
Monitor inventory movement, costing, and stock valuation
Process payroll and handle payments to suppliers
Administration
Manage day-to-day operations of the boutique
Maintain client records, handle order tracking and after-sales services
Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and timely deliveries
Handle DMCC-related documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative support
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in accounting and admin roles, preferably in the fine jewellery industry
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Technical Skills:
Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, etc.) and MS Office
Strong understanding of DMCC regulations and UAE VAT compliance
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
