Accountant cum Accounts Receivable Full Time

We are urgently seeking an experienced Accountant cum Accounts Receivable to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and collection.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit processes.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and maintain aging reports.
• Handle general accounting tasks, such as journal entries and ledger maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts receivable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to be assigned in Fujairah.
