Accountant Cum Admin Assistant Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Maintaining accurate financial records Ensuring compliance with regulations Supporting overall financial operations

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2–4 years of combined experience in accounting and administrative roles.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle both financial and administrative tasks efficiently.

• Ability to prepare invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and assist in monthly/year-end closing.

• Experience in handling administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and supporting HR activities.

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Professional attitude, confidentiality, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
