Accountant / HR Executive Full Time

Role Overview:

MVR Diagnostic Clinic LLC is seeking a versatile Accountant / HR Executive to manage both financial and human resource operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, payroll processing, and HR functions, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and timely filing of returns.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits.

HR Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll accurately, including allowances and deductions.
• Oversee recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and handle employee relations issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Accounting and HR roles, preferably in the UAE.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Strong accounting knowledge, including VAT compliance and reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus).
• Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
