Accountant & Sales Executive Full Time

Volkanoo Advertising is currently seeking qualified candidates for the roles of Accountant and Sales Executive to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate, results-driven, and eager to contribute to the growth and success of our business.

1. Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting tasks including managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile financial statements and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT filings.
• Assist with the preparation of year-end audits and financial statements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounts.
• Process payroll and ensure timely payments to employees and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the advertising or media industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting.
• Understanding of UAE tax laws and VAT regulations.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the company’s client base.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the advertising industry.
• Present and sell advertising solutions to clients to meet their needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure successful campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, ideally in the advertising or media industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
