Accounts Assistant Full Time

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant with at least 3 years of experience and an accounts-related degree. The selected candidate will assist in managing various accounting functions, including accounts receivables, payables, reconciliation, and documentation, while supporting the finance team to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivables and payables for both local and international transactions.
• Prepare and maintain Materials Received Vouchers (MRVs) and related registers.
• Maintain ledgers for invoices, inventory, and deliveries.
• Conduct intercompany stock and invoice reconciliations.
• Handle credit applications and maintain records.
• Monitor, verify, and report accounts-related activities on a recurring basis.
• Assist in regular account reviews and prepare necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and management teams to assist in data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivables, payables, and reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
