Accounts Clerk Full Time

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Clerk Now for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.




Job Purpose:

• Responsible for all invoices and other accounting documents filing and control.
• Responsible for checking invoice postings and uploading
• Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of few vendor reconciliations, invoice pending list and payment batch.
• Ensure timely completion of all tasks.
• Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate’s HSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
• Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities

• Education: Commerce or Finance GraduateExperience
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge and experience in Accounting preferably Accounts Payable
• Basic knowledge of Accounting System preferably SAP
• Basic knowledge of Excel functions/ MS office
• Experience in audit support (i.e. follow links between the document nos. to extract the required data – Audit/ICV/Other Certifiers)
• Enthusiastic, disciplined and having analytical abilities
• Eye for detail and support the team in meeting the overall objectives. Proactive and able to work independently.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
