Accounts Executive Full Time

Tablez is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of accounting tasks with a strong focus on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and VAT filing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accuracy in financial reporting

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes

• Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records

• Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in accounting roles

• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, VAT, and bank reconciliations

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
