Accounts Payable Administrator Full Time

The opportunity

We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking accounts payable administrator to join our shared service team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Reviewing and verifying invoices, payments, records and check requests.
Managing the accounts payable processes.
Processing payments in a timely manner.
Reconciling accounts.
Keeping updated records of invoices and payments.
Developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors.
Assisting with other accounting duties as needed.

About You

You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You have the ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines. You pay high attention to detail and accuracy. You are organized and reliable and have good attitude and willingness to learn.
