Accounts Receivables Specialist Full Time

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivables Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer accounts, ensure accurate and timely collections, and support our finance team with essential accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts to ensure prompt and accurate collections.
• Post sales entries efficiently and accurately into the system.
• Perform basic accounting tasks to support the finance team.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to facilitate payment collections.
• Generate and review accounts receivable reports to monitor outstanding balances.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving discrepancies.
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
