Horizon Agencies is looking for a proactive and well-organized Admin Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day office tasks and administrative operations
Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and documents
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and internal communications
Provide support to the team and upper management as required
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fresh graduates with strong organizational and multitasking skills are encouraged to apply
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience (Freshers are welcome to apply)
