Job Summary:
We are seeking Admin & Data Entry Officers to join our team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, data entry, and document management with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy.
Manage and maintain digital and physical records efficiently.
Assist in administrative operations and general office tasks.
Ensure timely processing of documents and correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Support office coordination and workflow optimization.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Presentable and professional demeanor.
Prior experience in administrative operations.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Must be currently in the UAE.
