We are looking for a proactive and organized individual with prior experience in administrative and human resource roles to manage office operations and support recruitment, employee relations, and documentation.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an Admin or HR role, preferably within the UAE
Familiarity with UAE labour laws and HR best practices
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management systems
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Key Responsibilities Knowledge:
Handling recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
Coordinating administrative tasks and office operations
Supporting payroll processing and leave management
Ensuring HR policy compliance and documentation
