The role of the Admin Assistant is to provide executive planning and administrative support to the Global Executive Vice President of Generation Division and Siemens Energy Board Member. Admin Assistant would be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and serve as a liaison of the Generation Division to various organizations including customers, partners as well as senior management including board level.
A– EVP in business steering with regards to planning, administration, reports or organization of meeting / minutes.
B– Work directly with other Executive Assistants as part of Executive Management Office.
C– key internal and external customers contacts, building relationships with key people, and resolving issues when required, this includes public relations with different institutions.
D– Documentation support, including preparation of meeting agendas, briefings, correspondences and PowerPoint presentations.
E- Receive and arrange external and internal visitors.
A– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with international exposure.
B– Extensive experience in an Admin Assistant position. Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
C– Should be able to work flexible hours as the role involves coordination across multiple time zones.
D– To have highly competent IT skills across standard Microsoft packages.
