Salary: 120000AED per annum plus competitive performance related bonus + benefits
We are looking for an Admissions Officer to be based in our Dubai office.
About the role:
As an Admissions Officer your role will be to assess, process and submit student applications to our partner universities while ensuring industry-leading service levels throughout the student journey for students, parents and partner agents. You will be responsible, as part of a team, for meeting ambitious student recruitment targets to our partner universities in the US. As part of the Admissions team, you will be a part of the wider Marketing and Recruitment Team and be working closely with Admissions Officers recruiting for our US partner universities. You will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow defined processes and procedures closely.
Your responsibilities:
Accurate assessment of student applications to determine suitability for the chosen program
Ensuring that applications are processed within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) period and agents and students are provided with relevant and comprehensive information in a timely manner
Ensuring high quality data is inputted onto the student information system to enable strong follow-up of applications at all stages of the student journey, including conversion chases post-offer, depending on the market demand.
Following up on applications that are incomplete by email and/or telephone
Building and maintaining strong relationships with partner agents, students, parents and sponsors to ensure repeat business
Meeting regional enrolment targets
Dealing effectively with challenges that arise throughout the application process, resolving complaints, and escalating issues to the relevant line managers and providing ongoing customer support
About you:
Knowledge of the US education system (desirable)
Ability to build strong relations, quickly, with customers and colleagues
Outstanding attention to detail and high levels of data accuracy
Ability to prioritise and organise workload efficiently and effectively
Results-focused and a passion for meeting targets
Performance-driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment
Willingness to work flexible hours where required (including some weekends during critical periods)
Excellent English oral, written and communication skills including a positive tone of voice and an ability to enunciate clearly
Arabic oral, written and communication skills (desirable)
Competence with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail
Interest in customers and helping them to achieve their goals
Multicultural outlook and interest in working with international students
