Job Description

We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our architectural firm, you will contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge projects that shape the urban landscape of the region.

Responsibilities:

• • Develop and oversee architectural design concepts for a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, and public spaces
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural elements with engineering and interior design
  • Conduct site analyses and prepare detailed architectural plans, elevations, and construction documents
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of architectural projects
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
  • Incorporate sustainable design practices and innovative technologies into architectural projects
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and design standards in the UAE
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the architectural department
  • Utilize advanced design software to create visually compelling and technically accurate architectural plans

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in architectural design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful architectural projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software
  • Working knowledge of Revit, BIM, and other relevant design tools
  • Excellent understanding of sustainable design practices and their application in arid climates
  • Familiarity with local architectural styles, building codes, and regulations in the UAE
  • Proven project management skills, including budget control and timeline management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts to clients and team members
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Creative problem-solving skills to address complex architectural challenges
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
