Fast Logistics Cargo is hiring an Assistant Accountant to assist in managing daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, and reporting. The ideal candidate will support the finance team in ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and maintain financial records.
- Support in managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and handle discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Help with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
