Assistant Accountant Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Ledger Journal Data Entry: Enter and maintain ledger journal data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  
  
  
• Financial Transactions: Record daily income and expenses, ensuring proper classification and categorization.
• Invoice and Payment Processing: Process invoices and payments from vendors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements to verify transactions and identify discrepancies, maintaining accurate financial records.
• VAT and Tax Knowledge: Handle VAT and tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the UAE, preferably in accounting or finance roles.
• Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally and SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
