Assistant Accountant Full Time

Job Description

• To Receive the Invoices and Cross Verifying with System Cost Provisions.






• To Book the cost for both Job and Non-Job Invoices in the system
• To Reconcile the Supplier Statements every month
• To Book and make sure to reconcile the customs statements on Weekly basis.
• To Ensure the proper archiving of the hard copy records by managing the proper filing system.
• To ensure the posted receipts are allocated against the invoices.
• Assist Billing Team in Uploading the invoices to customer portal.
• Handling Petty cash and close with Reconciliation every day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or any relevant
