Assistant Accountant Full Time

Company Overview:

SSP Emirates is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Accountant to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. If you have 2-3 years of UAE accounting experience, a strong background in accounting software and financial management, and experience in the food & beverage industry, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist with daily accounting tasks and data entry.
 Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts.
 Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.
 Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
 Communicate with vendors and customers regarding invoices and payments.
 Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
 Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.

Requirements:

 2-3 years of UAE accounting experience.
 Proficiency in ERP systems & MS Excel.
 Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors.
 Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 Good communication skills in English (written & verbal).
 Understanding of basic accounting principles.
 Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
 A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
 Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is an advantage.
