Assistant Housekeeping Manager Full Time

Position Summary:

At One&Only The Palm, our mission is to create joy for our guests through unmatched anticipation, creativity, and empathy. As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our resort maintains the highest standards of luxury and cleanliness. Working closely with the Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, including guest villas, rooms, public areas, pantries, and housekeeping stores. Your leadership will inspire the team to exceed guest expectations, fostering an atmosphere of warmth and meticulous attention to detail.




Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising the housekeeping department’s daily operations.
• Maintain exceptional standards for guest villas, rooms, and public spaces within the resort.
• Oversee and ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping pantries and stores.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the housekeeping team to consistently deliver excellence.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies for daily operations.
• Respond promptly to guest feedback, requests, and concerns, ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the resort.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Report directly to the Housekeeping Manager and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience in upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotels.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
• Experience working in the Middle East or GCC region is an advantage.
