About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen to join the Human Resources team in Jumeirah Al Naseem as Assistant Manager. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
In conjunction with the Human Resources Director leading the sections Payroll, Offboarding and Engagement
Assisting Department Heads and colleagues with any payroll related questions
Providing 100% Compliance on timely Payroll process, as per policies and procedures of the company as well as per UAE Labour Law
Ensuring smooth Offboarding processes for all Jumeirah Al Naseem colleagues in line with policies and procedures, including Exit Interview Survey
Provide coaching support to Line Managers and HR Team to improve their knowledge in payroll and offboarding processes
Understand and follow the entire Tawheel process with regular auditing of data to ensure 100% compliance
Leading all UAE National Meetings, as well as related communication towards this
Supporting the HRD on all disciplinary meetings and related actions
Partnering with central functional HR teams to ensure specific needs of the hotels are met
Ensuring Engagement is driven on hotel level including driving the Colleague Opinion Survey on property
Ensuring all LPO’s for the department are raised as per process and ensure timely delivery (as well as budget followed)
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Business studies and business English qualifications, Degree in Hospitality related studies.
Relevant knowledge of HR administration processes and policies as per the above, minimum 1 year HR experience within hospitality.
Computer literate and advanced knowledge of the following software; Excel, Word, Outlook and Power point.
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Ability to work in a team, initiative, creativity, flexibility, mature personality, flexible, team player, customer service oriented.
