Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
-Overseeing all administrative aspects of form evaluation across multiple simultaneous processes, ensuring adherence to set rules and guidelines.
-Utilizing Salesforce to track, manage, and streamline workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards.
-Able to validate documentation – find mistakes and discrepancies in documentation.
-Team management and supervision.
Education & Experience:
–Bachelor’s degree holder
-Admin/team management experience, in real estate preferably
-Knowledge in use of Salesforce, databases, word processing and selected job specific software
-Knowledge of Electronic Documentation Systems
-Self-directed and highly motivated.
-Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
