Key Responsibilities:
– Assist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
– Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
– Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience
– Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Work Experience
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field
– Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on sales
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Willingness to travel as needed
