Auto Mechanic Full Time

Description:
Job Purpose
To maximize repair and service quality of the Auto Care site and in field using the Mobile van workshop.
Dimensions
1. Responsible for drive the mobile workshop to request destination.
2. Assure that all repairs and services are done properly all the time.
3. Responsible to abide RTA traffic rules, Van cleanliness and safety measures.
4. Monitor the van equipment service maintenance and functionalities.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by:
a. Arriving at the requested exact location on time.
b. Making the right diagnosis regarding the customer’s concern.
c. Providing accurate service/product charges and issuance of VIR.

Minimum Requirements:
b) Automobile diploma/ graduate up to college level.
c) At least 4 years knowledge and experience in Automotive repair which will cover the various fields:
1. Advance knowledge in Gasoline Vehicle maintenance repair.
2. Vehicle Breakdown Trouble Shooting
3. Tire Fitting & Battery Installation
4. Wheel alignment
5. Brake repair
6. Periodic Maintenance
7. A/C repair
8. Other electrical/mechanical repairs related to vehicles.
d) Customer focused. With a great dedication for customer service.
e) communication proficiency in both speaking and writes English. Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic is an advantage but not required.
