Automation Architect Full Time

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Design and develop strategies that will allow the Delivery Organization to automate its processes
Explore and implement new ways to automate systems
Help establish the Automation COE in Injazat and build the automation strategy and scalable automation solutions
Work with the Injazat leaders to identify suitable automation candidates and build ROI with suitable justifications & prioritization.
Build scalable automation architecture / solution leveraging industry tools and technology
Establish the required governance for the Automation COE.
Support building automation capability and mentor development team and architects
Evaluate and Prototype internal or external products and provide recommendation to address business requirements
Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve technical issues and risks affecting the automation solutions
Assist with the design, build, rollout and run support for automation technology solutions
Evaluate RPA tools and provide recommendations
Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and provide solution
Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews and walkthroughs
Finalizes process flows and process assets and facilitating process definition
Recommend the budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of forecasted costs and revenues; areas of underperformance are identified
and opportunities to improve performance are capitalized upon.
Manage department’s staff and teams by planning their utilization, communication, overseeing their performance, recruitment, training, and development to ensure high levels of
engagement and competence.
Motivate one’s own team and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive
Recommend improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while
delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.
Prepare MIS statements and reports pertaining to department to meet INJAZAT’s and the departmental requirements, policies, and standards.
Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or) computer science (or) related filed.
Certifications in Automation tools (Orchestrator, ITPA & RPA) preferred
Certifications in any technology streams are preferred
Minimum Experience
Over 12-15 years of IT experience, minimum 3-5 years of experience in leading automation architecture and design.
Job-Specific Skills
Architecting enterprise level automation involving multiple systems, sub-systems and ERPs
Good understanding of Process Design documents, Technical Design documents on Automation space using Automation Anywhere A2019 version.
Hands on experience to create SDDs and TDDs.
Good understanding of various automation components and features available in Robotics Products along with APIs.
Should have solved real problems using commercial, open source, or hand-crafted automation tools
Excellent communication skills to manage client interactions at Technical Level.
Proficient in .NET (C#) and .NET framework application development
Proficient in scripting language (JS/ VBS/ JavaScript)
Rich experience with programming (preferable in Java / .NET (C#, VB, etc.)/ VBA / HTML/ SQL)
Has experience in providing technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement, from definition phase through to implementation
Working knowledge on other platforms such as Python, .Net, Java and No / Low Code Platforms will be an added advantage
