Billing Staff (Male) Full Time

Eazy Pack is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Staff member to manage invoicing and billing tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of billing processes, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and maintaining organized records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers.
• Ensure timely and correct processing of payments.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
• Handle customer queries related to billing and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date billing records and prepare reports as needed.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure correct pricing and product details in the billing process.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in billing or accounting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Male candidates preferred.
