What is the job like ?
360 Degree Marketing Campaigns: Create, test, incubate & scale efforts through a range of fresh, authentic, and deeply personal marketing activities. The ability to run independently with strategic support and oversight is key.
Building a Strong Brand Positioning: Creating a strong brand positioning for .store within the ecommerce ecosystem by generating earned media and building valuable projects that accrue value over the long term.
Project Management: Work closely with the internal teams (content, web development, and design) and external agencies to drive projects forward, ensure deadlines are met and deliver the highest quality standards (creative and otherwise).
Strategic Partnerships: Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders in the ecosystem including influencers, creators, and other strategic partners that could drive awareness for .store
This is a high visibility role that requires working closely with senior management on strategic initiatives. It requires equal parts providing support on large projects and equal parts driving projects independently with just strategic oversight and support.
Who should apply for this role ?
Minimum work experience of 3 Years in a strategic role working with a product/brand marketing team
An individual that has experience launching and scaling campaigns having worked through the entire funnel of ideation -> launch -> iteration
Building and growing brands through organic channels as well as high-impact marketing campaigns
Experience organizing, managing, and working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with and managing creative and media agencies
Experience with consumer research and a penchant for understanding customer traits and behavior
Experience working with tools such as Google Analytics, and FB Analytics is a bonus
