Bulldozer Driver Full Time

Job Purpose:

The Bulldozer Driver will primarily be responsible for maintaining the boundary fence line, roads, and other landscape aspects of the resort. The role includes ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and kept in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate bulldozers to maintain roads, boundary fences, and landscape areas of the resort.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure it is in proper working order.
• Report any equipment malfunctions and coordinate for repairs as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and operate machinery safely at all times.
• Assist with other facilities maintenance tasks as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years schooling or equivalent.
• At least 1+ year of experience in facilities/maintenance operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating bulldozers.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the vehicle.

Skills:

• Proficient in operating bulldozers and other heavy equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety.
• Ability to perform equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills to effectively report issues.
