Business Development Executive Full Time

General Scope:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive for our hospitality division. The successful candidate will manage assigned accounts with a focus on maintaining relationships, providing technical services to add value to customers, and identifying new product opportunities. The role is geared towards sustaining revenue, capturing prices, and improving gross profit rather than acquiring new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee an assigned account or group of accounts.
• Provide technical service to customers, ensuring value is added through innovative solutions.
• Identify opportunities for new products and work with existing customers to increase sales.
• Focus on maintaining revenue, price capture, and improving gross profit margins.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and operations are running smoothly.
• Assist in handling sales inquiries and responding to customer requests.
• Ensure all interactions with customers are aligned with the company’s service standards.

Knowledge Requirements:
