We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team working together to provide a world class service to our most valuable clients.
In this role, you will:
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the key contacts of all AEL companies, Developers, Mortgage brokers and Real Estate companies through regular communication, in person meetings, calls or by e-mails.
• Focus on empanelment of new Developers and Mortgage brokers.
• Provide acute care on minute details to ensure that all mortgage sales related opportunities to the organization are captivated and explored.
• Create and be responsible for all client’s contracts, proposals, and further documentation, following organization’s procedure.
• Ensure high levels of activity and daily visits in portfolio companies and ensure targets are met.
• Conduct presentations and Open Days and propose special Tailor-made offers to developers, LGs and other channels to drive higher penetration in portfolio.
• Ensure complete understanding of Mortgage product so as to share the information with clients
• Closely co-ordinate, liaise and interact with customers, other banks, developers, agents and internal processing teams to ensure smooth flow of transaction and to enable efficient communication/feedback with customers.
