Business Development – Manager Full Time
Job Description
- Drive the company’s brand and public image while developing strategies to promote services and specialties.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Coordinate with Marketing for market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning to inform strategic business decisions.
- Closely working with the Marketing team to finalize offers and campaigns.
- Work closely with the finance team to develop and present budgets and cost estimates for campaigns, balancing quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor business performance including department and doctor wise and present findings from analytics data to senior management
- Monitor customer trends and analyze customer feedback
- Identify operational challenges and develop solutions to address them.
- Work with internal teams to develop promotional material
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Monitor call center metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction) and take corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure implementation of new call center software / centralization.
- Analyze conversion reports to assess marketing campaign success.
- Establish feedback loops to collect, analyze, and act on customer insights.

- Regular Operational rounds of the clinic to check for any issues and ensure smooth performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Business Administration or Related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 or 3 years of experience.
