Category Specialist Full Time

What you’ll deliver

•You’ll assist Category L3 and L4 teams with sourcing initiatives by gathering market data, preparing RFPs, and consolidating supplier clarifications

•You’ll execute tactical sourcing and spot buys with minimal support from Category Managers

•You’ll recommend suppliers based on the evaluations and negotiations for tactical purchases and submit for approval as per delegation of authority

•You’ll negotiate with suppliers and obtain approval of finalized contracts

•You’ll set up contracts and complex PO for strategic sourcing initiatives in Oracle

What you bring

•You should be educated to a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management/Procurement, acquired 6 months – 3 years of relevant and overall experience

•You’ll have knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Oracle)

•You’ll have advanced knowledge of Excel
